Combat Fit is a unique fitness program devised by the coaches at KOFIT it is based around the training methods of Muay Thai which is a Martial Art originating from Thailand.

It works the whole body and is based around 5 rounds combining Pad Work and general fitness exercises. It involves Kicks, Punches, Knees and Elbows.

The class is 60 mins and very fast paced.  The 5 rounds consist of:

  • Pyramid 
  • Combos
  • Legs 
  • Core 
  • Cardio
