BOOT CAMP

A high energy 60 min Class that will allow you to achieve your goals regardless of your Age, Gender or Experience. Led by one of our highly trained personal trainers this class is a must for any serious fitness fanatic.

Introducing KOFIT Bootcamp which is a high energy 60 minute class. It will take you through a barrage of highly effective exercises that will strengthen and sculpt your body.

Regardless of what your fitness goals are this class will allow you to achieve them. Based on Boxing Strength & Conditioning training it will focus on the whole body and will be based around 5 Fitness Stations.
